Project FORWARD is addressing the challenge of complex supply chain assessment and monitoring in the construction sector using AI tools. This is currently a manual and time-intensive task which is often carried out once a year. Our Voice of Customer feedback has shown that the lack of transparency and ability to track the supply chain contributes to a lack of productivity. This is substantiated by studies which show that organisations with good ESG and transparency tend to perform better than those who do not have appropriate ESG strategies in place. Our AI platform enables automated collection of supply chain data from both structured and unstructured sources, which will enable greater transparency and provide information at both a project tendering stage and for general adherence to compliance schemes like Considerate Contractors. This innovative approach will help our clients make better data-driven decision making, helps with the automation of administrative tasks (supply chain assessment) and helps to optimise the supply chain. This project has a good value-for-money ratio and is expected to generate £6.30 of value for every £1 invested.
