**CyberFirstAid** offers first respondent training to non-technical staff, to providethem with the skills and resources they need to deal with the immediate effects of a cyber incident occurring. The training covers both technical and mental healtha spects and focuses on capacity building of staff to effectively contribute toresponding and resolving a cyber security incident. The project aims to address the skills gap identifi ed in DSIT's annual report on Cyber Security Skills in the UK Labour Market by focusing on the interplay between technical training and mental health support. This approach seeks to make cyber security more inclusive, relevant and appealing to the wider labour force while bridging the gap and introducing sustainable practices in the field ofcyber security.
