Surfing's popularity is exploding. Originally the sport of Hawaiian royalty, developments in surfboards and more recently wetsuits has made it truly accessible. We are now in another period of revolution as inland wave-parks pop up around the world. Whilst people are discovering the joy and wellness attributes of surfing, the industry's environmental impact lags behind its image. We introduce our pioneering soft surfboard design and manufacturing process, meticulously designed to deliver low-impact and high performance soft surfboards. Our innovation is truly a paradigm shift in the industry, processing high recycled content materials with our lean manufacturing process, using UK sourced materials and manufacturing in Northern Ireland for global export. We've identified a ready market aligning with environmentally conscious buyers seeking durable soft surfboards. Our production process achieves remarkable sustainability by utilising polymer welding to bond different grades of recycled HDPE and LDPE coupled with thermoforming for precision production, extending soft surfboard lifespan threefold compared to competitors. This innovative process allows us to capture 95% of waste material, achieving 100% recyclability. Our approach ensures we deliver the most sustainable and fully recyclable soft surfboard on the market.
