Our idea is to develop an on-site quantitative diagnostic service to measure heat-loss from walls and roofs of existing dwellings. This will enable the most cost-effective retrofit insulation solution versus heating energy and CO2 emissions reduction to be implemented on-site. Legislative drivers to reduce CO2 emissions from buildings will generate an expanding market for our diagnostic service.
