The James Hutton Institute has the necessary breadth of expertise and availability of analytical techniques to act as a one-stop shop for this project. Hebridean Seaweeds is collaborating with the James Hutton Institute to investigate the chemical composition of natural extracts from seaweeds sustainably harvested from the pristine waters around the Hebrides.
