Seaweed has been used for several centuries to improve crop production through its composition containing minerals, amino acids and stimulants. Through innovation we have prepared a new process that extracts a functional fraction of the seaweed which is applied in a concentrate on the plants able to improve yield. The benefits are seen through plant health and quality. The proposed work will provide an understanding on the mode of action to optimise the formulated product further before launching.
