With the aim of introducing budget-friendly virtual production technology to Scotland, FoSho STUDIOS is proposing the creation of a mini volume - the first of its kind - located in the heart of Glasgow. The mini volume will be approximately 150" diagonal, a height of 2.11m and width of 3.8m, and will provide a versatile space for a range of content creation, from interviews to music videos, brand films and more. We aim to revolutionise virtual production technology in Scotland with our innovative approach. Instead of relying on costly LED panels, we plan to harness the power of high-end projection and prosumer 3D tracking products to create a budget-friendly alternative. Our team will collaborate with experts in projection and software to develop a cutting-edge virtual production workflow using Unreal Engine. This will provide a versatile and cost-effective solution for the creative industry, enabling smaller creative businesses and independent artists to experience the benefits of virtual production without the high costs and crew requirements of a full-sized Film and TV volume. It is a valuable investment for the future of audio-visual content and will provide FoSho STUDIOS with the resources to bring a unique, high-tech, and impactful product to market.
