The project will develop the first of its kind FCA-approved blockchain and smart contract platform that allows for property investment and management through fractional ownership, enabling: * Integrated compliance and regulation. * Enhance existing businesses improving efficiency and enabling new market opportunities promoting inclusion. * Fully managed corporate structure and reporting. Through this project, Investment-Tribe will optimise its current platform. The platform will be licensed to property managers and investment companies to open up their investment offerings to a wider demographic lowering potential buy-in to £0.01\. This is possible because of the ability to own property that has manageable administration and is divisible due to the incorporation of blockchain and smart contracts.
