Based in London, Flexa Ltd is 5 years old, and has been awarded £429,915.00 from Innovate UK for their project Flexa - A platform to enable companies to deliver evidence-based and benchmarked flexible working practices under the AI & Data Economy funding sector. The project will run between 01 August 2024 and 31 January 2026 and the funding covers 45% of the total costs.
The project aims to deliver a platform to give employees insights (from data and market benchmarks/analysis) and action items to make the most of working practices within their organisation; primarily this will focus on flexible working behaviours.
Flexible working was already on the rise, but there was a step change during COVID and there is a new expectation for flexible working for white collar workers. By maximising flexible working practices within a company, employees will likely see higher job satisfaction and deliver a net gain for employers.
