News Ibex Innovations get £90k funding for bone screening

Ibex Innovations have secured £90,463 (for costs of £129,233) of public funding under the UK’s Responsive initiative. Founded in 2010, they are based in North East England.

The funding will be used to asses the feasibility of further developing their Trueview bone health offering. The feasibility is around whether product can be extended to chest X-rays which represent nearly a third of all UK X-rays performed.

The objective would be to enable earlier identification of declining bone health which may indiciate early onset of Osteoporosis.
