News Action Artificial Intelligence Funded for Telephone Virtual Assistants

Action Artificial Intelligence Limited have secured £315,217 (for costs of £450,310) of public funding under the UK’s Responsive initiative. Founded in 2015, they are based in London

The funding will be invested to solve the challenges faced by organisations in deploying specialist expertise in effective Telephone Virtual Assistants (TVAs). Straddling traditional and modern support technologies, TVAs can be deployed to guide customers on an expert support journey through telephone interactions.

The project aims to deliver a toolset for companies to build effective, intelligent TVAs to improve support and have the TVAs designed and delivered without needing complex expertise.
